Gentle exercises to improve your posture, flexibility, strengthening your bones and muscles, working your entire body. The classes also incorporate the use of props such as the magic circle, big and small balls, resistance bands and handweights. Some exercise will challenge you but that is how we become stronger, not only physically but also mentally.
