Mat Pilates (strength and Tone)

Gentle exercises working your entire body and stretching on the mat using your own body. The classes also incorporate the use of props such as the magic circle, big and small small, resistance bands and handweights.  Some exercise will challenge you but that is how we become stronger, not only physically but also mentally.
